Bar Services

Choose From:  Open Bar or Cash Bar Service.  (You can also provide your own Alcohol and we can hire out Bartenders to you)

Fees for Cash or Open Bar:  Bartenders: $30 per hour or $48 per hour if client provides own alcohol (please include r/t transportation in your cost estimate), $100 Licensing Fee, and Minimum Sales of $450.00

Open and Cash Bar fees include:   

• Liquor Liability Insurance

• Licensing & Permits

• Cocktail Ice

• Glassware or Bio-degradable Cups, your choice

• Mixes, Garnishes, & Supplies

• Equipment, Coolers, & Tools

• Beer, Wine, & Spirits and Specialty Drink Upon Request

Bartenders arrive prior to your event and set up the bar(s), with a focus on an organized, attractive bar that will be welcoming to your guests.

Friendly, professional and experienced bartenders with local knowledge.

Chilled beer and wine selections, ready to serve.

We clear empty glassware and bottles during your event.

At the end of your event we break down the bar(s) and leave the area clean and tidy, including removing bar trash and any returnables.

Rental glassware will be collected and ready for pickup.

We are Team Players, working with your vendors to make sure the event runs smoothly.

Rental Services

We can recommend a Rental Company that services your Venue area.  We will review your rental order and advise on quantities as well as our catering needs.  Service Charges will be added based on your rental order for day of services including setting, handling, bussing, rinsing, crating your rentals  If you need us to physically set up and break down tables and chairs, service charges will be assessed per event. 

Event Staffing

Our Staff is experienced, friendly and hard working.  Let them handle the details of your event so you can enjoy it.  They will set up, serve, clean up, or just provide that extra set of hands you need to make your event run smoothly.

Wait Staff is billed at $35 per hour including travel time.
